How to brew

  1. Use coarse-ground cold brew coffee (or grind whole beans coarse).
  2. Combine 1 cup coffee with 4 cups cold filtered water in a jar or pitcher.
  3. Steep 12–18 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cold brew filter bag.
  5. Concentrate keeps up to two weeks refrigerated. Dilute with water or milk to taste.

Cold Brew Sour

Bright and refreshing — no alcohol required.

  • 4 oz cold brew concentrate
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Ice + lemon wheel to garnish

Shake with ice, strain into a glass over fresh ice.

Cold Brew Mint Julep

Southern-style mint julep with a coffee twist.

  • 4 oz cold brew concentrate
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Crushed ice

Muddle mint lightly, add coffee and syrup, pour over crushed ice.
